We have well equipped modern surgeries, a central decontamination suite, and a spacious patient waiting room with children's play area. At the rear of the practice is a free car park.

We have ground floor surgeries for easy access and provide disabled parking spaces at the front of the building.

Our highly trained and friendly dental team are there for you, we constantly strive to put you at ease during your visit. If you have any questions regarding your dental care, please feel free to ask. All of our dental team are qualified and registered with the General Dental Council and adhere to the GDC standards for professionals.


Your first visit


Your first visit to the the practice is an ideal time to meet our friendly team, have a look around the facilities and ask any questions that you may have. Your dentist will provide an initial consultation in which they will:

• Discuss your wants, needs and concerns
• Find out about your past dental experiences
• Undertake a full check-up of your teeth and gums, including oral screening
• Take dental x-rays, if necessary
• Discuss your short and long term care options
• Discuss payment options, including monthly payment plans arranged by Denplan

Emergency Service


Our emergency service is provided by our own dentists.

During surgery hours, please telephone as early in the day as you can and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible. In the event of an emergency outside of surgery hours, please call 01754 762229 for details of our emergency service. A call out fee will be charged unless you are a Denplan patient.

 

Confidentiality


Patient confidentially is of upmost importance here at Clark Dental Studio and it is central to the relationship of trust between us and our patients. We comply with the 1998 Data Protection Act, our Data Controller is the practice manager Carol Coates.


Complaints


We take complaints very seriously indeed and try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

The person responsible for dealing with any complaint about the service we provide is: Carol Coates, Practice Manager or Dawn Saunders, Deputy Manager.

We will acknowledge the patient's complaint in writing as soon as possible, normally within two working days and will seek to investigate the complaint within ten working days.
